• The iHOLDINGS Youth Projects NPC (“IYP”) company was registered at CIPC on 11/04/2019.
• The objectives of the IYP is to benefit Previously Disadvantaged Individuals by:
  • providing financial assistance for further education and skills development in the form of scholarships, bursaries and/ or cash awards; and/ or
  • providing financial assistance in the form of cash awards to Charities and/ or Community Beneficiaries.
• Currently we have 15 beneficiaries: 5 Girls from Pretoria High School for Girls, 8 Girls from Prestige College in Hammanskraal and 2 Tertiary 1st year students from University of Pretoria and University of Cape Town.
• iHOLDINGS Youth Projects NPC has 3 subsidiary companies; iHOLDINGS Youth Projects Investments, iHOLDINGS Youth Projects Operations and a newly registered iHOLDINGS Youth Projects Agri.
